Stephen D. Kanarek, M.D.
Stephen Kanarek, M.D., F.A.A.P., joined our practice in 1974. He is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine. His pediatric residency was completed at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, MA. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Kanarek is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Tufts University School of Medicine. During his career, he has served as the Chief of Staff at North Shore Children's Hospital and the Chief of Pediatrics at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. Dr. Kanarek practices in our Peabody and Melrose offices. Outside the office, he enjoys fly fishing, bird watching, classical and blues music, and traveling.
