For your convenience, we have offices located in Peabody, Salem, Lynn, Melrose and Reading. Weekday office hours are 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. Urgent appointments are scheduled on weekday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays at our Peabody office.

Please note that hours, especially evening hours, may change. It is always advised to call early in the day if there is a possibility that your child might need to be seen that same day.

Phone Calls to the Office:

For routine calls to our office regarding appointments for physical exams, prescription refills, hospital reports, etc., we suggest you call after 10 AM, Monday - Friday. For lab and x-ray reports, call after 10 AM Monday - Saturday.

If you call any of our offices during regular office hours regarding a medical problem, you will be able to speak with one of our triage nurses. If the nurses are unable to take your call at that time, you may have to leave a message. Please follow the prompts as to whether you have an urgent or non-urgent question. Urgent call are calls you feel may require a same day sick appointment or a call back from the nurse as soon as possible, usually 30 minutes or less. A non-urgent message is returned within 2 hours or less.

A triage nurse will return the call, provide an initial evaluation of the problem, give you immediate guidance and arrange for you to see or speak with a physician or nurse practitioner, if needed.

We always return phone calls. If you do not hear from us within the above time frame, please call back (there may have been a problem with the message).

Remember to have your pharmacist's number and a pencil and paper handy when you call.
