Phone systems for our offices are all very similar with the exceptions that options and extension numbers will differ. We have listed below our Peabody office system; it is open nights, weekends and holidays for urgent calls and office hours. A Triage Nurse as well as a Physician is available every day after hours for calls of an urgent concern.
The prompts are as follows:
Press 1: True medical emergency that can be handled by our staff.
Press 2: For directions or our fax number.
Press 3: Calling from a physician’s office or hospital.
Press 4: Same day sick appointments.
Press 5: To leave a message for the Triage Nurse.
Press 6: To schedule a prenatal, physical or recheck appointment.
Press 7: For prescription refills, lab or x-ray results, request a health certificate.

Press 8: For Billing, referrals, administration
