Meet Dr. Iris Kaddis

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Iris Kaddis to PHCA!

Dr. Kaddis grew up in Natick and graduated from Tufts University in 1994, followed by her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2000. She completed her pediatric residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and Baylor Texas Children’s Hospital.

After residency, Dr. Kaddis and her family moved to Northern California, where she cared for children and families for 19 years before returning to the Bay State. Her greatest passion is preventive care and partnering with families—supporting children’s journey from babyhood through adolescence and into young adulthood in a way that respects each family’s unique style.

When not in the office, Dr. Kaddis enjoys exploring New England with her husband by road and mountain bike, and staying active with her three young adult children and their dog.

In her own words:

“I am along for the ride—the journey of babies growing into children and on to adulthood is an awesome thing. I love the quote: ‘Children are not things to be molded, but people to be unfolded.’ It is my honor to walk alongside families on this path and provide the most up-to-date guidance to help children grow into happy, healthy adults.”
