We’re excited to share that our Salem office will be undergoing construction starting on August 26, 2026, as we work to create a refreshed, updated, and more organized space for our patients.
Our tentative reopening date is October 13, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we make these improvements.
If you have an appointment scheduled during the construction period, our staff will reach out to you directly to help accommodate your visit at one of our other locations. Our nurses and providers will continue to be available to care for you at our other offices during this time, so you can continue to receive the care and support you need.
